Sasha Chasco, LE, IFNCP

My journey as an esthetician began over a decade ago and has since evolved into a deeper focus on functional skin health. Through years of experience, I’ve come to understand that true, lasting skin transformation happens when we address both the external and internal factors. To better support my clients, I became a functional nutritionist—allowing me to take a truly holistic, root-cause approach. I now combine advanced topical care with internal testing, personalized lifestyle and nutrition guidance, and targeted supplementation when needed—helping my clients achieve the healthy skin they deserve.

Conditions I Work With

Adult Acne

Adult acne is a complex, chronic condition driven by inflammation, barrier dysfunction, hormonal fluctuations, and internal imbalances like gut dysbiosis, blood sugar dysregulation, and nutrient deficiencies. My approach addresses both topical and internal factors, focusing on skin barrier repair, hydration, and functional nutrition to restore balance and support long-term skin health. Since gut infections, dysbiosis, and inflammation contribute to acne, I work to identify and address these root causes.

Eczema

Eczema is a chronic skin condition rooted in barrier dysfunction, inflammation, and immune dysregulation, often triggered by environmental and internal factors. Beyond surface symptoms, it also reflects deeper imbalances in the body, including disruptions in skin lipid production and heightened immune responses. My approach focuses on restoring the skin’s lipid balance, reducing inflammation, and supporting long-term healing by understanding the root cause in your body.

Chronic Skin Conditions

Chronic skin issues like rosacea, perioral dermatitis, post-antibiotic flares, and persistent inflammation often stem from internal imbalances—such as oxidative stress, microbiome disruptions, immune dysfunction, and barrier damage. My approach combines targeted topical support with internal strategies to restore balance, reduce inflammation, and support long-term skin health.
